Your task is to realize that right now is your opportunity to experience everything as possible; that your intention is a handle onto which this quest of life can grasp, and the results of your grasp will either follow this intention, or the chatter of limitation held in your brain.

MEDITATION SHASTRA

Take a seat in easy pose, grab your headphones and journal. Set your journal to the side with the page open and pen nearby. Now, integrate the following before pressing play on the meditation audio track : Pose an intentional quest into this chatter and breathe . . . not like you’re taking the breath, or even owning it, but as if you’re receiving a gift. Receive this gift of breath at the very tip of your nose, and sit in the middle of the resulting sensation as the focus of this gift.
